The Living Documents (2009) examines the circumstances surrounding the murder of Frank Garcia, husband of indigenous rights attorney Maria Luisa Acosta. The film aired on The Documentary Channel as well as Central American television networks. Through social media and digital engagement our film community helped pressure the Inter American Commission on Human Rights to hold a public hearing - which they did in October 2013.
